Ways We Can Work Together
01

Virtual Strategy Session
Start with a 45 minute one on one session focused on your organization, programs, funding goals, and current challenges. After the session, you receive a personalized post strategy analysis and roadmap with recommendations and next steps.
This roadmap stays with you. Apply it yourself or partner with Fast Profit for expert implementation.
02

Grant & Funding Strategy
We look beyond the obvious funding category. A program may legitimately align with several funder priorities, even when the connection is not immediately clear. Our role is to identify those intersections, strengthen the program where needed, and build a funding strategy around both the organization’s mission and what funders are prioritizing.
03

Program Development & Strengthening
We turn ideas and existing services into structured, measurable, fundable programs. This includes identifying community needs, defining who the program serves, developing goals and measurable outcomes, strengthening the program model, and ensuring the impact can be clearly demonstrated.
We also look at programs through a funder’s lens, identifying where the work aligns with current funding priorities and where stronger positioning may open additional funding opportunities. Sometimes that means strengthening an existing program. Other times, it means developing a new program that fills a documented need while staying true to the organization’s mission.
The goal is not just to create a program. It is to build one that works, shows impact, and can compete for funding.
04

Nonprofit Consulting & Infrastructure
We help nonprofits strengthen the foundation needed to operate effectively, compete for funding, and grow sustainably. This includes assessing grant readiness, identifying organizational gaps, strengthening internal systems, diversifying revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and improving how the organization demonstrates its impact to funders and the community.
Our approach looks beyond the next grant application. We consider the organization as a whole, including its programs, funding mix, digital presence, documentation, partnerships, and long term sustainability, then identify what needs to be strengthened to support future growth.
Strong programs need strong organizations behind them. We help build both.

“What I appreciate most is that Samantha asks questions we haven’t always thought about. She looks at the program itself, what we’re trying to accomplish, and what needs to be stronger before we start thinking about funding.”
Michelle | Board President
“Working with Fast Profit has helped us look beyond just applying for grants. The strategy has helped us think about sustainability, partnerships, and what needs to be in place for the organization to continue growing.”
